CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION :

Cancellation is free of charge up to 16^th November. After this date the participation fee will not be refunded – any registration cancelled or amended after this date will not be reimbursed
No Shows will be fully charged

CANCELLATION OF CONGRESS PARTICIPATION :

Cancellation of your Congress participation between 1^st November and 30^th November will be charged 50% of the full price
Cancellation of your Congress participation after 30^th November will not be refunded
Please take note that partial cancellation is not supported. Any modification always involves full cancellation and a new registration
No Shows will be fully charged

Covid does not constitute a waiver of these cancellation policies.
